some packages aren't upgraded properly

The following packages have been kept back:
  gjs libgjs0g python3-update-manager update-manager update-manager-core
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 5 not upgraded.
How can i upgrade these 5 packages.I tries to upgrade,but it wasn't upgrade.

There is nothing wrong with your system.
see https://ubuntu.com/server/docs/about-apt-upgrade-and-phased-updates for details about the "phased updates" processes.

There was an increased amount of error reports after installing these updates, so I recommend NOT to try installing them in the moment, but to wait for a solution provided by the developers.
