Experiencing erratic scrolling behavior on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS with both mouse and trackpad. When switching between windows, there is a noticeable jump in scrolling lines, and occasional brief inversions of the scroll direction. Yes, both the mouse and the trackpad's got this issue. when scrolling(specifically short scrolls) in one window, then jumping to another window, while scrolling, there is this erratic jump of line. this generates a flicker effect. Also occasionally, the scroll may inverse scrolling direction for a second.

The only settings for a mouse.
Activities -> Type: Mouse -> Click on Mouse and Touchpad ->
The only major setting is: Natural Scrolling. [moves contents not the view]
You might test this to see if this changes anything.
