Build server did not produce a buildlog for failed PPA build

Asked by Loren M. Lang

I pushed a package to an Ubuntu PPA for 22.04 LTS which failed to successfully build the amd64 binary package. The build server notification doesn't seem to have included a link to the buildlog from the failure so I am not sure what went wrong.

I previously built this inside a fresh Ubuntu Jammy LXD container and had no issues with the build so I am not sure what is different in the environment that would cause it to fail.

There is contradictory information in your question. You write about a failed build without buildlog, but the link that you provide points to a successful build with a buildlog.

No way of knowing what failed without finding the 2 failed packages.
Glad to see the other 32 were successful.
