hdd light is always on after upgrade to ubuntu 23.10

I have dual boot - Windows 10 and Ubuntu 23.10 in a x64 i3 PC. After upgradation from Ubuntu 23.04 to ubuntu 23.10, the HDD light is always on. Sometimes it makes a humming sound from inside, may be from fan.

If you run iotop it should show you the process using the disk most. It's not default installed but the terminal will tell you which package you need to install to get it
