USB-C to HDMI Sound

Hi there,

I am having some hardware sound difficulty in which my wired USB-C to HDMI connection will not output sound. Video from the HDMI to a television is fine and when switching sound output to internal speakers on my laptop functions just fine. Never had this issue on previous iterations of Ubuntu 23.04 and 22.04 LTS. Cable is the same as well as the USB-C to HDMI adapter. Any suggestions to find a solution is most greatly appreciated.

Somehow the problem fixed itself after a few weeks of updating and upgrading. Weird....
