DIfference between commercial and personal Ubuntu PRO

Hello, We bought the ubuntu PRO and we try to use the commercial licence. When we upgraded the "personal token" one with the latest packages, we upgraded all packaged, when we use "the professional one", one package does not get upgraded. Could you please navigate me how to make it work?

Info: Ubuntu docker bionic-20230530

un-upgraded package: mosquitto 1.4.15-2ubuntu0.18.04.3

-> upgrades with personal token only

How can I emulate the personal token behavior to get the latest upgrade with the comemrcial token, please?

btw some of the packages really do upgrade with the esm, it is not like none of the packages get upgraded

Your updates are working correctly.
Most likely the package was held back due to one of the dependencies changed.
Or it could be a phased update [updates are tested before they are released]
