How to generate a report?

I want to generate the report, with how many servers are pending with patching, not pingable etc.,

Yes, in Computers - Reports I'm able to download .csv file but unable to understand the columns.

Columns: name is_pinging schedule CVE-2016-7103 (2023-10-05 12:36) CVE-2017-17122 (2023-10-04 17:09) CVE-2017-8421 (2023-10-04 17:09) CVE-2018-20671 (2023-10-04 17:09) CVE-2018-6543 (2023-10-04 17:09) CVE-2020-22024 (2023-10-12 15:14) CVE-2020-22039 (2023-10-12 15:14)

My requirement : Has to send a monthly report (.csv/PDF etc.,) to my client.

Please help me on this.

I am sorry, but I am not able to help you with such details.
