Question there . . Can I use a Ext 4 drive for back up of my drive ?

In backing up my hard drive ( DRAG and Drop ) some files have died .. Would using a Ext 4 drive be better for back up using the drag and drop ?
As I have been using Fat 32 drive . .

Yes, it's just casual data. No problem at all. FAT32 will have a 4Gb maximum file size
