8TB disk partioning

I have two 8TB disks (Seagate Iron Wolf) I want to partiition for a NAS using Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy but they only show 1.8TB in gparted, I reset the partition table to GPT and now they show 1.4TB available. BIOS is set to boot legacy and UEFI mode, am I missing something?
