EXT4-fs error

Please assist me in resolving this problem. After starting my laptop, it abruptly froze and began to display a black screen with errors. I have attached a screenshot of that.

You have to perform a full file system check, e.g. by booting a live system and running the "fsck" program (with appropriate parameters and options).
