¿porque mi ip publica descarga ubuntu de costa rica si esta ubicada en Colombia?

Espero que te encuentres bien.
me gustaría hacerte una pregunta? Hace poco adquirimos un segmento publico en colombia, pero cuando bajamos ubuntu se empiezan a bajar de servidores en costa rica..... me podrian decir que pagina usa ubuntu para validar la geolocalizacion de las ips publican?

¿o quien me puede indicar para que mi segmento publico salga por los proveedores de colombia y no costa rica?

What is is that my public ips pool 181.174.228.0/22 ​​is geolocated in Colombia and when I download ubuntu it sends me to servers in Costa Rica to download the file.
