Custom 20.04.6

I was make custom ubuntu 20.04.6 e have a little problem if anybody can help fix this. why doesn't grub-installer install grub-efi? I was trying to install UEFI system! as you can see in the log, it tries to remove grub-efi instead of installing.

I wanted to solve the problem directly in the iso. Every computer I install needs to recover grub. Not ideal!
