how to add the mirror of changelogs in a local repo server

i am trying to add the deb http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/meta-release-lts lts main universe multiverse in mirror.list file to mirror changelogs on our repo server. after adding i ran apt-mirror but facing and error as below. need help on this how to resolve.

I do not think that it is possible to download the changelogs with apt-cache, because the directory and file structure of the changelogs server is very much different from the structure of the package mirror servers.

Did you somewhere find an indication that this should be possible?
