disks are not visible on server

disks has been added to the server but after scan still not visible on server.
but they are available on vm level.

we have tried ls /sys/class/scsi_host and echo "- - -" > /sys/class/scsi_host/host32/scan also to find the disks.

Kindly assist on this.
