Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. For help on reporting bugs, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs.

What do you want to uninstall? The operating system as a whole or just the studio-part?

As far as I understand it, ubuntusturio is not a program by its own, but a software collection. You could try and
* edit system->management->software sources and remove all the ubuntu studio stuff.
* Afterwards, use system->management->janitor and (carefully!) remove all the programs you do not want to use.
* If there are still apps you do not need on your system, use system->management->synaptic and remove them.
* If you do not like your login screen, use system-management->login screen
* If you do not like your desktop theme (gnome), right click at your desktop and change it.

The menu points I mentioned might have other names. I use a german system so I only translated them.

Can you help with this problem?
