Asked by Navin Talati

I have TWO operating system. Win-10 & UbuntuStudio 22.04.
Which is the best OCR (free software) for each OS? I have tried few by googling but all gives erroneous output. Not getting any one very perfect which can save typing labour of document.
Please suggest for the same.

I understand that only the last one (https://packages.ubuntu.com/kinetic/ocrfeeder
GUI) is with Graphic User Interface (GUI). I prefer GUI.
I downloaded and tried but not getting the result. Is user manual available for this app?

Maybe gimagereader fulfills your desires (a GUI frontend to tesseract). It's in the Ubuntu repositories.

Can you help with this problem?
