There are instructions how to download the installer file (e.g. by clicking on the green "download" button below the jellyfish picture
and a tutorial for installing (the link "Install Ubuntu Desktop" below the heading "How to install Ubuntu Desktop").

Torrents will help ensure you get a good image. I assume AMD64 based desktop rather than something ARM based (eg. Raspberry Pi)
