1. I want to know the status of my mirror site registration.
2. I'm wondering how long I usually have to wait after registering.
3. Will I be contacted if I don't meet the requirements to register?
4. If the information about my mirror site changes, where can I modify it?
EX) Add RSYNC service, add CD IMAGES storage
