How can I uninstall Brave web browser
I decided to install Brave web browser from Ubuntu Software Center, because my Firefox browser was getting very slow, apparently because of the number of calls to various online sources the old Firefox browser has to make, to so many so-called web resources & associated "clients". At first try, Brave browser appeared to work swiftly & well, even though I did find the option that appeared on the first browser window that opened somewhat dubious: they claim to block adware & all kinds of unwanted items, & that is why the browser works faster but the first browser window includes their request that you can click on, to join with them & receive their chosen ads to win points!!!
OK but the Brave browser appeared to work misleadingly well. Then I noticed that I had a whole load of new files on my computer that did not appear to be part of the normal Ubuntu filing system (detected with System Monitor program). Previous to that, I had updated & run Clam Antivirus regularly, found a few Trojans & Exploits & eliminated them, but now Clam does not appear to find anything wrong with Brave, even though the new "Snap" files appear to me to be some kind of anachronistic functional regression that only started after I started using Brave.
I wanted to use Zoom software, to exercise my right to communicate, & make progress in business opportunities, decided to (re)install it (I had thought I already had it on my computer from previous), but something now appears to be stopping Zoom (or Jami as alternative) from installing.
So, now, how do I safely uninstall Brave browser, which, as I discover, does not come equipped with an uninstall button? ??
