I do not find any Ubuntu-provided software package that contains a "suplane" file.
I assume that this is foreign software. From where did you get it? Is there some kind of support available? If yes, then you better ask there.

"Where i have to go into the system for correcting it."

I cannot help, because I do not know anything about a program named "suplane". (And I doubt that anybody else here can help.)

What is suplane, where does it come from?

Can you help with this problem?
