Not able to install anything

Respected sir/madam,
                        i am not able to install anything in ubuntu 22.04 and also not able to open anything from software and updates app.

Probably the best way for providing diagnostic information is the following:

Open a terminal window (e.g. by simultaneously pressing ctrl-alt-t)
Issue the following commands, one by one:

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
sudo dpkg --audit
sudo apt update
sudo apt install -f

Then use the mouse to select all output, press the right mouse button and select "copy" in the pop-up-window and finally paste everything into the "Message:" box of your question document https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/704488
