You need to use your private key for SSH as stated here
https://ubuntu.com/core/docs/uc20/install-raspberry-pi

When initially setting your installation up, you needed to use your Ubuntu SSO account with an associated SSH key. You need to use the username that is registered on your Ubuntu SSO account, together with your associated SSH keys.

Can you help with this problem?
