Have had no sucess in closeing snapd, can you assist?

Have tried to close snapd, followed advise in Ubutu pages without luck.

Terminal: killall snap-store
   sudo snap refresh

If that does not work:
      killall snap-store
   sudo snap refresh snap-store
   -or-
killall snapd
