Hiw can I install epson image scanner in ubuntu 22.04?

My printer epson is successfully installed but can able to install epson L360 scanner, please help me when tried to install it shows this file is broken can notbe install

I tried install $ apt install lsb but it shows " $ apt install lsb
E: Could not open lock file /var/lib/dpkg/lock-frontend - open (13: Permission denied)
E: Unable to acquire the dpkg frontend lock (/var/lib/dpkg/lock-frontend), are you root?
What to do?

Prefix the command with sudo. The hint here is the "are you root?" part
