There was an error during the CUPS operation 'server-error-internal-error'

My wife's laptop has stopped printing and I cannot re-install the printer, a Lexmark MC3326.
Upgraded to Ubuntu 22.10 but the problem persisted
Ran the printiing troubleshooter.

Backed up everything and then re-installed Ubuntu 22.1.
