You are using a version of chrome that is provided by google. You have to ask there, because this is outside the responsibility of Ubuntu.

Have you considered using the Ubuntu-provided chromium-browser instead of chrome?

Have you tried the Ubuntu-provided chromium snap package instead of google's chrome which apparently does not work on your system?

sudo apt purge google-chrome-stable
sudo snap install chromium

The chrome program that produces the error is from google. You have to ask there. Ubuntu cannot help with a foreign program.

Have you tried disabling all addons/extensions and running it that way? Does this allow the browser to run?

Can you help with this problem?
