Sound muffled on Lenovo TP X1 Extreme 5 - Ubuntu 22

Tried various solutions provided on the different forums, but sound remains muffled. Screen flickers from the top and when i close and open lid, sometimes it would show blank screen and I have to hard restart. Looks like both sounds and video drivers are broken, i've already wasted two weeks on this, happy to pay for it to move on with my work.

Running https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoundTroubleshootingProcedure is supposed to provide diagnostic information. Maybe the output shows something that helps finding the root cause of your problem.
