Laptop freeze

So I am creating another ticket for my problem.
Ubuntu 20.04 laptop freeze or stuck at lenovo screen and have to use power off button to start again. After 3-4 attempts it reboots back correctly.
Can you please help me fix this problem?

What do you expect from creating a new question?

If the system freezes at boot time at the "Lenovo" screen, then this is not an Ubuntu problem (Ubuntu is not running yet at that moment), but something that seems related to the hardware or BIOS.

Since the other question is old and no one were responding so had to create a new one......Sorry if that makes your irritate.

Could you please help in diagnosing what could be problem if its not a problem with os.

I suggest hardware diagnostics.
Maybe https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds025448-lenovo-linux-diagnostics-bootable-cd-desktops-notebooks-workstations is the right tool for your system.
