Frescobaldi package does not work on Jammy

Hello,
Frescobaldi package does not work at all on Jammy.
The solution is to backport packages python3-qpageview and frescobaldi from kinetic to jammy.
When can this solution be applied ?

Please create a bug report with as much details as possible, that the developers can easily understand what the problem with the current version is.
