I have restored my bios settings and my Ubuntu grub menu is gone plz help me

My laptop - Dell Inspiron 3584
Ubuntu version - 20.04
Os-Windows 10
Problem - I have restored my bios settings after that the Ubuntu grub menu is not showing when booting, it boots directly into windows help.

I have no access to my Ubuntu,
System boots in windows 10 directly v
Without showing grub...
And I also tried by manual bios sequence but there is no Ubuntu option plz help.

When you switch on your computer, very early in the boot process you should see a text that tells you which key to press for BIOS setup, and maybe also for selecting a different boot device.

Try selecting a different boot device. One of the possibilities that you see should start the grub menu for Ubuntu.
