Network Error

God Morning.

When I try to change, the network cable on a physical Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS machine with a network cards with 4 interfaces
 , did not detect the link change.

I try to restart the SO, but the link stil down. Before the restart we try to change again te nework cable to other interfaz the link go to UP in the DOWN interfaz.

Yes, I try to change the network cable to other interface lan. The "led link" go to green in the interface, but the S.O. don´t change the link status to UP.
