how to set ethernet speed & duplex permanently in ubuntu2204 server version

in ubuntu 2204 server version, i would like to know how to set ethernet speed & duplex permanently, I think there maybe add something to /etc/netplan/*.yaml, but I don't know what content should be added correctly, could you pls help me on this? thank you very much.
