New icon and background for show-apps (overview) icon

Asked by Juan Pablo Lozano

A better design for show-apps (overview) icon to keep it aligned with the original vision of Ubuntu launcher.

I mean, the default gnome style of the icon is ugly and not fit with the entire new fresh of Yaru theme. I propose something like this:

What do you think?

I also feel the experience should be improved like it should be made simple in a way it still maintains its style.
