Checking whether nvidia drivers are working after 22.04 install

Asked by Philip Vetter

Dell laptop with Secure Boot enabled.
KUbuntu 22.04 installer option: install third party firmware
On boot the MOK management screen timed out while I was looking for documentation explaining which option to take.

Q1. How to check whether NVIDIA drivers are active? There seems to be no mention of NVIDIA in KDE Info Center.
Q2. Do NVIDIA drivers require enrolling a signing key besides the Canonical key that signs the kernel?
Q3. If yes, how can I do the enrollment now?

Terminal [ctl+alt+t] sudo lshw -C display
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BinaryDriverHowto/Nvidia
Key should be embedded within the driver

Thanks Bernard Stafford, that solved my question.

It appears that the NVIDIA drivers do not rely on successful MOK enrollment.
