Are you running an Ubuntu system?
What is the output of the following commands (to be executed in a terminal window)

uname -a
lsb_release -crid

Not running yet. I was trying to in combination with Win. Ubuntu was loaded from Mic. store and they did say it could be run with windows. When Windows was trying to incorporate Ubuntu they said cannot complete and the reason was error NUM: 0x80370182. That is when I started to look for help. Thanks for looking into it.

Ok, now I understand.
The message that you see is a Windows error and not an Ubuntu problem. I am sorry, but I cannot help with that.
