New User : Facing Problems

I have installed Ubuntu recently and now facing some major issues like my fingerprint isn't working any more, The battery optimization is not available so the battery is loosing it's power within a short time, The audio quality is low. Also I had Dolby Audio installed before that which now useless I can say. Now is there any way to solve this.

Try the Validity Sensor Tools -> https://snapcraft.io/validity-sensors-tools
Fingerprint Reader Snap package

Go to Settings -> Sound -> Output -> Configuration This has Analog Stereo & Surround settings.
The Output device has Amplified or Not Amplified speaker settings.
