I tried to answer a question on askubuntu but was blocked.
I was blocked from contacting support with a bogus error "post my contain at least 250 characters .."
Ive been a target of abuse & reported users only to have attacks on my reputation & legit posts removed.
Doesn't askubuntu have to follow Code of Conduct?

You are complaining about askubuntu.com (by stackoverflow), but this is launchpad.net/ubuntu (from canonical).
There is no relationship between these two web services, except that their communities cover similar topics.

If you are looking for rules of conduct for askubuntu.com, I guess it's https://stackoverflow.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy
