Ubuntu 22.04 - Dead keys in Colemak not working

I just upgraded to Devel-Release Ubuntu 22.04.
The deadkeys on colemak ceased to work (AltGr+R then a is supposed to issue à (unicode 0x183)).
That was working correctly on the previous Ubuntu 21.10 release, none of my configuration files changed meanwhile.
Were should I investigate in order to open a bug troubleshoot ticket ?
