Ubuntu 22.04 : vlc crashes gnome (gnome-panel) after close because of topicons module

This is an old bug Gnome-Extension "TopIcons" that seems is back, if enable the thumbnail creation in gnome panel vlc after closing crashes gnome desktop. Temporal fix is to disable creathe thumnails module topicons, but the problem is here in ubuntu 22.04.

Is there already a bug report about that issue? If not, then you should create one.
