Free PDF editor to Change BLACK background to WHITE

Friends,
Is there any best and seedy open source PDF editor to change the Background colour?
Some PDF file have black background which is very inconvenient to print. I want to change it into WHITE background so that it could be printed as normal printed on a white print paper.

There is o single "best" solution for any problem. There are suggestions but none are "best".

You may be able to use imagemagick. If the PDF is purely text based then you can possibly convert it to a text file and print that.

I referred the above link but the issue of my interest did not solved.
Finally I could solved it as under.

The pdf files with dark (black) background and with other ocr type images super imposed on the hand written fonts were able to make clear with white background but removal of ocr type images super imposed on the hand written fonts was not possible. ocr type images super imposed on the hand written fonts were appearing only when I open it in LO-Draw. In document viewer it was not appearing.
So first I saved the file in pdf through print and saved it. Then I opened it in LO-Draw and made it with white background and then printed through printer (HP LaserJet M1005 vMFP).

Thus I could resolved that matter.
