PASSWORD LOCK KEY

When I am switching on the laptop the password place need not let to type password.After 5 or 10 mins it lets to give password. Why this problem is happening in my laptop?

When I an switching on the laptop the password key did not unkeyring the computer . if you allow to give ss i can you so that you can see what problem is occuring?
