Many slack notifications don't go to notifications list

Asked by Eduardo Luiz Fernandes de Lima

I notice many Slack notifications don't go to the Ubuntu notifications list
Sometimes I'm working and doing important things that can't wait, so I see notifications have arrived, but when I look at the notifications list they're not there.
But on my cell phone I see them.
Can you help me?

How did you install slack?
The output shows no trace of the Ubuntu-provided version.

"Installed: (none)"

You don't have the Ubuntu-provided slack package installed.
That's all I can say.
