Booting delay issue on Elkhart Lake

Installed Ubuntu 22.04 and it always boots very slowly during USB loading ( we don’t know it is USB or what else to cause it)
Still the same issue even upgrade kernel to 5.15.3
also, tried to install Ubuntu 20.04 and the same situation.

Note:
   There is no issue on Yocto.

I suggest you report a bug. Jammy is not ready and not even remotely stable

this issue is gone after using "https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/focal/daily-live/current/focal-desktop-amd64+intel-iot.iso" image
