After last software actualisation my UBuntu has very bad performance

I've installed today the last ubuntu actualisation for Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS and after that, the performance has returned in a bad performance. The desktop after login spends so much time for loading, firefox has a very bad performance in loading web sites...

Anyone more has had the same problems?

Does the system have a make and model?
Is the OS fully updated?

Start up Issue =
go to >
settings > Privacy > File History & Trash

1.) Clear history
2.) Delete Tempory Files

FireFox :
Ctrl+H
Delete history
Remove Unessary Plugins

Try a speedtest at speedtest.net
Try a Diffrent browser to see if the issue is firefox
