My new NVME M.2 is labeled /dev/nvme0n1 and not /dev/sdb
Asked by

I just bought a new NVMe M.2 500gb WDblue ssd and I wanted to make it my storage for my steam games and after putting it in I was going to use Gparted to put a ext4 partition on it and I noticed that it didn't show itself as a /dev/sdb but, instead this /dev/nvme0n1. In Gparted under partition (sub heading) information it says "Warning" "/dev/nvme0n1: unrecognised disk label". How do I fix this??
