HDMI second monitor AOC 25" is freezing

I have installed Ubuntu 20.04, connected second monitor AOC 25", but in the Single Display mode - system is freezing. Built-in monitor is working normal, Mirror and Join Displays mods are too. The issue happening only in Single Display Mode.

Notebook - MSI Alpha 15 A4DEK.
