How to install a squeaky clean Ubuntu Desktop free of bugs

For god shake someone please point me in the right direction (ethical and humane).

There is malicious scripts and code stored on my system that keeps looping and reinstalls without delay

I'm seriously at my Witts end and am begging for honest, accurate guidance.

Is it a pipe dream to have a secure Linux Distro or am out to lunch?

I am grateful for your guidance.

Etcher works with any operating system.
Use Etcher to flash the Ubuntu on a flash drive.
