High cpu load after startup when idle

irq/184-AudioDS process causing high cpu load. Was running fine when i first installed ubuntu 20.04.1 but after updates to 20.04.2 and 20.04.3 problem started. I am not starting any application to trigger this. So far the few suggestions such as removing alsa drivers and have no sound is not ideal . The problem seems specific to the Acer swift 3 SF314 laptop.The only solution i have found is reinstalling 20.04.1 and not installing updates, not ideal either.Have found a couple of people through google with this issue but no fix.Any help would be great thanks.
