system problem detected flash after bootin pc

I start my desktop Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64-bit after booting start my pc then flash messafe symtem problem detected. please help to solve this problem

For diagnostic purposes please provide the output that you receive for the commands (to be executed in a terminal window)

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
ls -l /var/crash

Are you aware that support for Ubuntu 16.04 has already ended in April?
Ubuntu 16.04 is now in ESM status which is a support extension for servers that has to be paid for.
