Why do we have a library named CACA

Why do we have a library named libcaca?????????

If I translated it to english, libcaca ==> libs**t, every one would be up-in-arms

Explains thusly:

libcaca pretends to be an acronym for "Color AsCii Art", but really it's self-deprecating code: "caca" means "poo" in French. As the website explains (via a quote in French), "everything useful is ugly"

British person here. I wouldn't be up in arms. I'd laugh. There is a coding language called "brainfuck". It's not that big of a deal.
